Meet The Team

Irving McNeil, agent of Blue Horizon Financial & Insurance services. I’m a retired 20 year veteran of the United States Navy. In the Navy is where I gained my 20 years experience of what it takes to be an effective leader, importance of having a great work ethic, and what team work is all about. I earned my bachelor’s degree in business management. Since retirement in 2006, I’ve worked in education at two different high school’s and as an admissions representative at a few different colleges and universities.
